Technical specifications
Pre-painted coil saves your customer the painting line: the zinc coating protects the steel, the organic coating protects the zinc, and the colour is already on. We supply PE, SMP, HDP and PVDF systems on galvanized or aluzinc substrate, with top coating from 15 to 25 microns and a back coat on the reverse side.

Packing and delivery

Which coating system should I choose?
PE for normal inland use, SMP or HDP for humid or polluted environments, PVDF for facades and for markets that demand a long colour warranty.
Can you match a RAL colour exactly?
Yes, with a colour sample approved before production. Send the RAL number and we return a lab dip or a coating sample for your written confirmation.
